I’m 16 and got jumped, now I need work done in my mouth. I got the teeth in the front bottom of my mouth kicked in and was wondering of 16 was too young for dental implants or else I have to get dentures for a few years.
If it matters I’m 6′1 and 164 lbs I lost 6lbs cause of this liquid diet.

Since all of your adult teeth are in , there shouldn’t be any problem.
I am trying to remember that stats for this. I believe, though I would have to look it up to say for sure, is that the earliest a female should get implants is age 18 and the earliest a male should get them is 20. It has to do with the fact that people’s teeth continue to erupt until they are about this age. If you do an implant, the implant tooth will not erupt, but the others will erupt around it…the crown (about $850) would have to then be remade later when all the teeth had erupted. In your case I would probably recommend a flipper or a partial denture that you could wear until you were old enough for implants. Sorry you got jumped. =( Take care.
