I wear a plastic night guard from my dentist for my upper teeth because I do grind my teeth at night. I have now just woken up at 4am from the worst jaw pain from grinding my teeth still. I took some advil, and it still hurts like crazy- what should I do??

What can be causing lower teeth pain?

About four days ago I woke up with pain across my bottom front teeth. It feels like pressure pain, like the kind you can get on the upper teeth when you have a sinus infection. I have no idea what’s causing it, there is no swelling or redness of the gums, and it’s my teeth, not the gums, that hurt. The pain is not getting worse or better. It’s not sensetive to heat, cold or sweets. Just hurts really bad. Thanks for any ideas!

I had my 2 upper teeth, and my lower left wisdom tooth removed 3 weeks ago. My dentist said that my lower tooth was very hard. The left side of my mouth still hurts a lot of the time, both top & bottom are in pain. It feels like the molars that are still in my mouth hurt, but I can’t really tell, it may be my jaw. Is this normal?

pale teeth at the gumline?

my 2 front upper teeth are a paleish white color near the gumline. it looks like plaque but its not. there is nothing on my teeth at all. besides the strange coloring. i dont know if its a receding gumline or what.
and i dont have dental insurance so i cant make regular check ups. i was wondering if this is something i should o see the dentist about.

Has any one ever heard of a situation where a person experienced pain in or above the area of the upper teeth, but the problem turned out to be a lower tooth? In other words, any one know of a situation where a lower-tooth problem manifested as pain around or above the upper teeth? Thank you for all responses.
