I have a problem with my breath. I brush my teeth 2 times a day with white Colgate toothpaste. I brush everywhere, even my tongue and the back of it, and the roof of my mouth and the back of it. Then I use Listerine mouth wash for 30 seconds, then I put Listerine strips in my mouth. About 5 minutes later, my bad breath comes back, how can I keep my breath from smelling bad.

I do everything your supposed to do. I brush my teeth, I floss, I use mouth wash. But I can still feel my bad breath after just moments of brushing my teeth. Please help, it would mean a lot.

Ok, everyday I rinse with mouth wash (Scope) for 30 seconds and gargle with mouth wash for 30 seconds. I also brush my teeth for 3 minutes in the morning and at night. And still, sometimes I get bad breath. How can I get rid of my bad breath?

i brush my teeth like 3 or 4 times a day, and after like an hour of brushing them i feel like i have bad breath. I tried different tooth pastes, and mouth wash.. and its not working.. any suggestions?

I am 22 yrs. old and have never had a cavity. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 2 yrs after my child was born because it seemed like I never had the time. I just went last month and they said I barely had any tartar on my teeth and no tooth decay. Sometimes I fall asleep and don’t brush my teeth (happens rarely) and drink sugar soda (which I know is horrible on your teeth). I barely floss and use mouth wash as much as possible.
