I brush my teeth everyday twice a day and I brush my tongue too. I floss regularly. I use mouthwash. I use mints and gum. My bad breath doesn’t go away!!! Even when I put like 3 mints in my mouth at once, the bad breath only goes away for like 5 minutes? What do I do?

Do ya’ll ever get nervous that you have bad breath? I do. At school, after I eat, I get bad breath. I have mints, drops, and strips. They don’t last. Does anyone else have this problem? Are you nervous about your breath. Tips? I brush my teeth every morning and night. I am thinking about bringing mouthwash to school. As weird as this may seem, tell me about your breath. Good? Bad? Your daily mouth regimen?

There is this man that i work with in the office. He is 30. When ever i talk to him his breath makes me want to puke! Whenever he smiles though, his teeth are pearly white, but his gums are red and a little swollen. I REALLY want to tell him that he has bad breath and needs to get help with it, but I don’t want to embaress him, or hurt his feelings. I think he is aware of his breath too, because he is always popping mints in his mouth. Help me please!

The person is in a higher position than mine. The bad breath is almost always there and is "death breath". It’s absolutely stifling. The person doesn’t read body language (I back off, I politely conicidentally put my hand in front of my nose, I’ve offered mints, stand up wind when outside…) I’m afraid to hurt his feelings. It’s obviously seriously chronic. Any ideas?

yes I have seen a doctor and a dentist. No answer for me. Please don’t tell me to chew gum and suck mints because they don’t work.

Without hurting someone’s feelings or being too direct, how can you let someone know that they have bad breath?
My teacher has bad breath and so does the girl next to me.
I have thought of offering them mints, but even that may be a bit direct.
Any suggestions?

Okay, there have been some times that I could taste bad breath in my mouth after brushing my teeth or eating some mints, but im not too sure if that means i do have bad breath. I also want to know if there are instant ways to discreetly get rid of bad breath in public. Thank you.

My breath is really bad almost all the time.
I brush my teeth regularly and I also brush my tounge and I floss. I can’t seem to get rid of really bad breath though.
And don’t say chew gum or eat mints, cause that just temporarily masks the breath. I need something that will get rid of bad breath!
Oh yea, I did forget to mention it, but I do use mouthwash!
