I have really sensitive teeth. I tried Crest Advanced White Strips and after one use my teeth were incredibly sensitive and painful the next day. I also use the Sensodyne whitening toothpaste and it doesn’t seem to make any difference.

Does anyone have experience with store-bought or dentist office whitening that doesn’t cause pain? I know there are tons of things out on the market and there has to be something that works without triggering sensitivity. Or at least a in-office procedure they can do to help.

Note: i am NOT looking for home remedies!!

Although no one has complained, I feel I have bad breath. I always have a bad taste in my mouth especially a while after I brush my teeth even!
