Does anyone know what to do about bad breath?

I feel like I have bad breath. My husband says that I’m imagining it, but I notice that about an hour after brushing my teeth I feel like I have bad breath and my mouth tastes bad. I’ve had my dental check up and have no cavities, and I’ve tried every kind of toothpaste and mouthwash that I can think of. I’m starting to be really selfconcious about it!

Gum Disease?

I recently noticed that some of my teeth are loose (I have all of my permenent teeth) and today noticed that the gums on my bottom set of teeth look inflamed and are a little sore, but the gums on my top set of teeth are okay, they’re light pink. I am really afraid that I have gum disease, is their a way I could stop it like brushing my teeth more, from 2 times a day to 3, or using a new toothbrush (my toothbrush it only about a couple months old)?

How do I get rid of my bad breath?

I do everything your supposed to do. I brush my teeth, I floss, I use mouth wash. But I can still feel my bad breath after just moments of brushing my teeth. Please help, it would mean a lot.

Rude answers: block & report.

I just had my wisdom teeth pulled a week ago and I am still in pain! I have a foul odor in my mouth and part of my stitches came out while I was brushing my teeth! I don’t know what to do at this point, is even harder to get in touch with my dentist!

I’m scared I have bad breath. Peoples reactions when I talk sometimes hint it. What can I do? Obviously brushing my teeth. How many times a day? Should I use mouthwash throughout the day? How long will it take to see results? Help please. Gimem toothbrushes to buy, mouthwashes, toothpastes. Any help plz.

Bitter taste in mouth accompanied by bad breath?

I do not know what is causing this gross taste in my mouth. It is bitter, a little tingly, tastes so bad, and makes my breath smell putrid. I am brushing my teeth 3 times or more a day and I gargle with a non-alcoholic mouthwash. Listerine does not work. The taste comes back quickly after brushing and scraping my tongue.

This has been going on for the past two weeks!! I haven’t been eating differently. I have had some constipation and, sorry, diarrhea, but that can’t be it!! I’ve had those before with no stinky breath and bitter mouth problems! What could it be?

How can you tell if bad breath is coming from either the stomach, tongue, teeth or gums?

My dentist says that my teeth and gums are fine, but my gums are a really dull colour and after i eat something sugary, i feel the plaque on my teeth.
I get bad breath all the time. even after brushing my teeth and tongue, flossing and using mouthwash.

A few weeks ago I noticed that my gumline above one tooth was receding. I went to a dentist, she did some filling on the side of the tooth, I forgot what its called, and she sent me on my way. I wasn’t too satisfied with her, so I went to another dentist and she told me that my bite pattern was causing that tooth to move slightly so the gum was receding because of that. That tooth is now sensitive since the root is getting exposed. Brushing my teeth makes it tingle if I hit it right at the gumline and it is sensitive when eating. The last dentist I went to gave me a pretty thorough cleaning and I have been brushing 3 times a day (with a brand new soft toothbrush), flossing daily, and using Crest Pro Health (Listerine drys my mouth too much). This week I started rinsing my mouth 3 times a day with diluted hydrogen peroxide. I’m due to go back for a filling in a few days.

What else can I do to treat my gum? I don’t want to lose the tooth, I’m only 24!

Thank you

I don’t plan on brushing my teeth with straight baking soda since it could be too harsh but just luke warm water and these products. I have receeded gums due to having braces for several years and i brush too high on my gumline so plague gets trapped after brushing and flossing.

I heard that smoking can lead to gum disease. Can I avoid it by brushing my teeth alot?

Does anyone know how to stop receding gums?

I am 13 and I brush my teeth EVERYDAY, TWICE a day. Please Help!!! I have no idea what is wrong! I noticed up close int eh mirror today after brushing my teeth that the gums below my side molars are receding! I am also done losing teeth, so that couldn’t be a cause. Could it be from tongue kissing? Just a thought. I don’t know how they would relate, though. Please Help!!!!!!! I don’t wanna be toothless by the time i’m 14!

A few days ago I noticed my gumline for a few teeth were receding, so I went to the dentist today. He said it mild and that if I was gentler with brushing my teeth and went in circles, it could still be healed because I’m young. (13) But, I surfed around the internet and apparently, thats not true. Is it?

Also, because of receding gum line, are my teeth going to fall off or something?

Gum Disease?

My dentist I may have gum disease. Is there any way to prevent it from happening other than brushing my teeth twice a day?

I have toothache in my bottom left molar, 3 in front of the wisdom tooth but when I look at it in a mirror the tooth looks fine. Obviously, I’m not a dentist, so there might still be a cavity, but it looks ok.

Thing is, the tooth behind it has a TINY hole in it, on the top of the tooth in one of the pits – I thought there was something black stuck in it, but after brushing my teeth it was still there, and I got a pin and discovered it’s actually a small hole which is black in colour. I’m assuming this is a cavity in the tooth?

Could the cavity in this tooth be causing the toothache in the tooth in front of it? I also have pain in the molar 3 from the back on the top, could the pains all be linked to a cavity in a tooth that DOESN’T hurt?!!

I know I’m going to have to go to a dentist, but I’m not registered with one, and I need to find one who’ll treat me on the NHS – I can’t afford to go private.

Okay, there have been some times that I could taste bad breath in my mouth after brushing my teeth or eating some mints, but im not too sure if that means i do have bad breath. I also want to know if there are instant ways to discreetly get rid of bad breath in public. Thank you.
