On saturday i went to a party. Before the party i showered, brushed my teeth, and used mouthwash, but i still had people tell me i had bad breath! Any suggestions?

How do you politely tell someone that s/he has a bad breath without embarrassing that person and/or hurting his(her) feeling?

Any ideas?

I know what you guys are saying. But I don’t have dental insurance or the money right now. Do you know of any methods or dental insurance I may be able to afford?

I don’t want to be mean to him by telling him that he have bad breath. So I need help to know how to tell him. When we first met he always kept his breath fresh. Now its like I can’t even kiss him.

i alway brush my teeth and use atispetic mouth washes but i still can’t get rid of bad breath. recently i found out that the white coating in your toung and plaque causes bad breath and i can’t GET rid of it! i try real hard to get rid of it when brushing my teeth but i can’t! how do you get rid of bad breath and all those bacteria,plaque luckily i don’t have cavities?
can you post a picture of a toung cleaner you think works best ?

Usually, people are so used to their own odors that they might not pay attention to it, or be aware that their odors are not appreciated in their surrounding. With that in mind, how do I know if I have bad breath?

I got 2 wisdom teeth pulled on Friday… and I’ve been rinsing with salt water after every meal… but there is a absolutely HORRIBLE taste and smell coming from back there now… and I can’t stand it. I try to stay as far away from people as possible while talking to them, I am SO self-conscious about it… I can’t brush the surgical sites for 7 days… I NEED something to help with the bad breath, it’s the worst!!! What can I do?

Then I use Listerine mouth wash for 30 seconds, then I put Listerine strips in my mouth. About 5 minutes later, my bad breath comes back, how can I keep my breath from smelling bad.

Hey, i brush my teeth and floss and eat mints and stuff, but im just wondering if there is anyway you can actually tell if you have bad breath. ive heard of a thing you can buy that will tell you, but im wondering if there is a way of telling if you do without having to buy anything expensive.

i have a retainer that i have to wear to bed. and i get up and it traps all of the bacteria in my mouth so i have extremely bad breath when i wake up. then I eat breakfast and brush my teeth. but i still have bad breath. what should i do?

I feel like I have bad breath. My husband says that I’m imagining it, but I notice that about an hour after brushing my teeth I feel like I have bad breath and my mouth tastes bad. one of my staff has a bad breath. she work at the front desk and communicate with customer closely on daily basis. I am worry that we’re gonna loose customer because of this issue.

I always have terrible breath for some reason. I can taste it in my mouth. Especially in the mornings. I clean my teeth 3 times a day, but this bad taste keeps coming back. I eat well too. I have no idea what it’s from/ how to stop it.

I was diagnosed with type two diabetes about 6 months ago.
I’ve gotten on the medication metformin.
I have lost 40 pounds or so.
I am wondering if there is anything at all I can do about my skin condition of dry skin and also am concerned about the bad breath.

I brush my teeth a few times a day but it still stinks after a few hours. I get tired of brushing it out again. **sigh**
