My girlfriend got her wisdom teeth extracted and they gave her codeine but it doesn’t seem to be helping her. She also puts an ice pack to also possibly numb the pain but that doesn’t help either. What else is can she do?

Without hurting someone’s feelings or being too direct, how can you let someone know that they have bad breath?
My teacher has bad breath and so does the girl next to me.
I have thought of offering them mints, but even that may be a bit direct.
Any suggestions?

I have read that brushing your gums and teeth too hard can reduce enable and cause your gums to recede but have been told that an electic toothbrush is essential if you want to reduce tartar and gum disease. I would think that the electric toothbrush would be considered the same as brushing your teeth too hard. Seems to contradict. Anyone?

Gum is meant to freshen your breath, but is it possible to get bad breath when it loses flavour or when the mint taste starts fading? Or does you breath become ‘neutral’ (lol don’t know how else to describe it) like it doesn’t smell at all? Is that even possible, for someone’s breath not to smell at all?

What is the proper procedure for Implants in terms of tooth extraction and implant placement? I have been told the tooth should be extracted and then wait several weeks to get the implant. I have also been told both can be done at the same time. What is the proper procedure?

I just got my wisdom teeth removed, and I’ve run out of the stronger painkillers they gave me. My mouth hurts a lot and they will not give me more for fear of addiction. What is the best pain reliever for mouth and tooth pain. What is the reasoning for your choice and is there any evidence besides your own experience.

My breath is really bad almost all the time.
I brush my teeth regularly and I also brush my tounge and I floss. I can’t seem to get rid of really bad breath though.
And don’t say chew gum or eat mints, cause that just temporarily masks the breath. I need something that will get rid of bad breath!
Oh yea, I did forget to mention it, but I do use mouthwash!
